Richard is one of our stalwart veterans at the Coaster Theatre. He has been a recognizable face and voice in plays and musicals throughout the years and can be seen this holiday season as the Minstrel in Once Upon A Mattress. Since 2001 he has stretched his singing and acting chops in almost 30 productions. Some would say he is a bit addicted to theatre, case in point…he spent most of 2013 on the Coaster Theatre stage (in rehearsal or production) in 5 out of 7 productions including both summer shows! He was first seen on the Coaster Theatre stage in the 2001 holiday production of the Dicken’s Play as Young Ebenezer Scrooge – a role that he played 10 years later in Scrooge: The Musical. Some other Coaster Theatre productions of note include Beast in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Jack in Into The Woods, Bob Wallace in Irving Berlin’s White Christmas, Mr. Green in Clue: The Musical, Algernon in The Importance of Being Earnest, Roland Maule in Present Laughter and many more.
