BOX OFFICE POLICY
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable but can be exchanged. Ticket holders can exchange tickets, free of charge, for equivalent tickets to another performance of the same show or another show within the season. Please note, an upgrade fee may apply when switching to a more expensive show or seats. Exchanges are based on availability and must be exchanged prior to your scheduled performance. We are unable to exchange tickets after your scheduled performance.
If you’re unable to attend your scheduled performance or exchange your tickets for another performance, you may donate your tickets to the Coaster Theatre and receive a tax-deductible receipt. Please contact us at 503-436-1242 prior to your scheduled performance if you are unable to use your tickets so that we may make those seats available for other patrons.
If you lose or forget your tickets, we will be happy to reprint them at the box office the day of the show.
The Coaster Theatre Playhouse rarely cancels performances or events due to weather except when conditions affect the safety of our cast, crew, patrons and staff.
If a performance is canceled, we will attempt to contact all ticketed guests either by email or phone to assist with rescheduling your tickets as soon as possible. During a cancellation, you are welcome to contact our box office and we will do our best to help you.
If you have concerns about getting to the theatre safely due to the weather, please contact our box office at 503-436-1242 and we can assist you with rescheduling your performance. Our box office is open Wednesday-Saturday, 1pm-5pm and from 1pm-curtain on performance days.
Please note: We monitor conditions regularly and the decision to cancel a performance will most likely be made on the day of the performance. Announcements of canceled shows are posted at our box office, on our Facebook page and sent out via our email newsletter list.
