On this Giving Tuesday we wish you joy this holiday season!

The holidays are a time to take stock of the many things for which we are grateful.

We at the Coaster Theatre Playhouse are grateful for the actors, all of them volunteers, who give of their time and talent to delight audiences with gripping dramas, sparkling comedies, absorbing mysteries and lively musicals. We are grateful for our set designers, directors, lighting and sound crews and costumers for making our theatre a magical place.

We are grateful for our hard-working staff and dedicated volunteers, and we are grateful for the audiences who make the theatre come alive with their laughter, imagination and goodwill.

And, most of all, we are grateful for you, our generous donors, who make all of this possible. As is the case with many theatrical organizations, we still have not fully returned to pre-pandemic audience numbers. As a result, revenues from ticket sales cover only 55% of our operating expenses. We need your help to purchase costumes, build sets, compensate our talented staff and pay for insurance and utilities.

We hope you will join us for our 2025 season, which will include an Edgar Allan Poe mystery, an egomaniacal playwright, some really nice Norwegian hit men, a disappearing Elvis, a hilarious vampire and a repentant Tiny Tim.
