MISSION: The Coaster Theatre is a nonprofit organization in Cannon Beach, Oregon, dedicated to presenting live theatre and events that engage residents and visitors of all ages along Oregon’s North Coast. This is accomplished through community support, including the work of volunteers and paid staff, that sustains the theatre’s long history in the performing arts.
VISION: The Coaster Theatre serves as a regional resource and as the center for community activities for residents and guests on the North Oregon Coast. The theatre is committed to community values, quality entertainment and the fine art of good theatre.
INCLUSION: The Coaster Theatre Playhouse stands for equality. We condemn all acts of racism, sexism, ageism, bias, violence, injustice, intolerance and cruelty. We strive to create a community space where everyone is valued and feels empowered to bring their authentic selves to work and play.
