Andrew Wyke is a rich and successful mystery writer whose obsession with playing games is in danger of losing him everything. Luring his wife’s lover Milo to his Wiltshire, England manor house, Andrew persuades Milo to take part in a specially created challenge. Revenge is devised and murders plotted as the two plan the ultimate whodunnit. Before long their power struggle descends into a sinister and deadly duel of wits, where nothing is off-limits setting off a chain of events that leaves the audience trying to decipher where Wyke’s imagination ends and reality begins.
CAUTIONS: If this were a movie it would be rated PG. Sleuth includes mild adult themes. Pre-teens and teens who watch prime-time TV won’t see much to shock them, but depending on the personality and exposure of your younger children, they may be confused. Your own judgment is the best guide for your family.
